I can say that EF lenses still give that high quality colors and sharpness. RF is sharp and gives fast AF but the over sharpness may seems a bit over. Some RF users have to decrease the sharpness in the settings. But overall both EF & RF are an excellent lenses to use. Just go for the lenses that suits with your work. Thanks for the video explaining other options for Canon users.
That's not a great idea, unfortunately the Tamron 100-400 does not cope well with the new mirrorless'af, it's meant for reflex af, I had the tamron 150-600 g2 and I had to sell it, the af was pulsing like crazy, you'll find out that lots of photos are gonna be out of focus
im using this tamron G2..its a very good lens..its on my R8 all the time
Nice! Yeah it’s on my R6 II all the time now

Yeah totally agree, both lens systems are really great!
to be completely honest my EF lenses seems a lot sharper paired with my R6km ii and EOS R
Oh nice compared to which RF lens?
New RF28-70mm F2.8 IS STM is $1100. Hope Canon will have a STM version of 70-200mm in future.
True! That lens looks really good but in my situation i need the 24mm, I could get a used ef 16-35 to get a 24mm .. I’ll look into it haha :)
And oh yeah a cheaper version of the 70-200 would be much appreciated haha
hi, what is the lens that you record yourself in this video?
It’s the Sigma EF 35mm f1.4, my favourite prime lens :)
How does it work with the adapter? Some of my EF Tamron lens behave strangely with the adapter. My 35 150 2.8 - 4 Acts very weird for example
That’s unfortunate, how does it perform strangely? In my case it works as expected with the adapter both lenses, no problem at all
Nikon F and Canon EF lenses are cheaper used more than ever
Oh cool I didn’t know about Nikon F but yeah surely Canon EF are cheaper like you said :)

Sorry to hear that about your 150-600, so far I didn’t experienced it with this lens have you tried the 100-400 specifically?
