Aloo Paratha Recipe | Aalu ka Paratha | Aloo ka Paratha | Potato Paratha with Detailed Photo and Video Recipe
Aloo Paratha Ingredients:
For Dough:
-Flour - 4 cups (Atta)
-Salt: 1 tsp or as required (Namak)
Water 2 1/2 cups or as required
-Ghee - 1 tsp
For Potato Filling:
Potatoes 2
-Onion - 1/2 small (Pyaz)
-Green Chilli - 1 (finely Chopped) (Hari Mirch)
Green Coriander as required
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp (Lal mirch powder)
-Crushed Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp (Zeera Powder)
-Crushed Corainder Seeds -1 tsp (Dhaniya Powder)
Salt 1 tsp (Namak)
Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp (Kutti Hui Laal Mirch)
- Cheese- Optional
-Ghee - as required
Directions in English:
Prepare dough by mixing water and salt as shown. Prepare Potato filling by adding all ingredients. Make two paratha balls, add filling and make paratha on pan with butter or ghee. Delicious Aloo Paratha is ready.
Directions in Urdu:
Atta ko pani, namak k sath gondh len. Phr aloo ki filling tayar karen. Paratha banaye or usko pan ma ghee k sath tayar karen. Mazedar Aloo ka paratha tayar hai.
