He was already hated by millions of Swifties before he was even hired and, though I'm not an Army myself (I pretty much only follow girl groups), I have seen a lot of overlap between Swifties and (international) Army. If Scooter Braun became a CEO in Korea I think that Korean Armys would have gotten him fired a long time ago but the international fans seem less organized. I do think that they will have to get rid of him if/when actual charges are filed but I think that, with all the MJH stuff that's going on right now, they'll wait until something forces their hand and/or gives them a clear case for dismissal. I'm guessing that Scooter might also have some shares in Hybe America because we know from all of the stuff going on with MJH that Hybe does offer shares to their CEOS. I'm not sure about the Scooter thing. He may have retired as a manager but he's still the CEO of Hybe America. If anyone follows Kpop like I do, they can see another good reason that this may have happened that has nothing to do with Diddy. Hybe is getting A LOT of backlash in Korea right now so I could totally see them wanting to push their groups even more in the U.S, at least until the media circus in Korea dies down. Also the members of their biggest group, BTS, are finishing up their mandatory military service so they could be gearing up for a huge comeback in the U.S in the next few months. Scooter might have just retired from managing to devote more time to work on promoting the Hybe groups in America. I wish Hybe would make him 'retire' too, especially because a lot of international Kpop fans also happen to be Swifties so his appointment has always been a VERY unpopular choice. But, the whole mess in Korea that's going with Hybe right now happens to stem from them trying to get rid of the CEO of one of the labels under their umbrella so I could see them resisting firing Scooter until/unless he actually gets named by the police. One thing about Korean companies is that they're sure to have a very strict morality clause in place.

He was already hated by millions of Swifties before he was even hired and, though I'm not an Army myself (I pretty much only follow girl groups), I have seen a lot of overlap between Swifties and (international) Army. If Scooter Braun became a CEO in Korea I think that Korean Armys would have gotten him fired a long time ago but the international fans seem less organized. I do think that they will have to get rid of him if/when actual charges are filed but I think that, with all the MJH stuff that's going on right now, they'll wait until something forces their hand and/or gives them a clear case for dismissal. I'm guessing that Scooter might also have some shares in Hybe America because we know from all of the stuff going on with MJH that Hybe does offer shares to their CEOS. So, even if they fire him, it could be hard to completely remove him from the company unless they buy him out as well. I also think that the BTS members themselves could push for it if they wanted to but many Kpop idols are entirely disconnected from American celebrity drama/scandals/etc. so they would have to find out about it first. Maybe if enough international fans comment about it on RM's instagram or something then he'll see it.
