Amazing that a gun so rusty, have nice clean leafspring still with bluing on, and no severe pitting in the metal. and rusty wood. Next time remember wood soaked for a long time goes very dark, almost black.

First thing sorry about your loss I kissed mine a mouth or two ago and it stings a lot still so my condolences on your loss. Back to the guns and I agree there is a need for entry level pcp’s I’m getting on a bit and have only ever had springers but thanks to you two I want to have a go at the pcp guns and don’t want to spend a lot on one as to be honest I don’t know how much use I will get out of one but your enthusiasm is infectious so I’m going to start again and looking forward to it thanks guys keep it up.
I enjoyed your video. Your quit a gunsmith, but just one question; What gage is that 1st dubble barrel shotgun. It looked bigger then a 12 gage. Was it a 10 gage?
La même musique que dans les ascenseurs 😂😂😂,En tout cas super boulot de restauration, jai vue le beretta model34 mon grand père avait ke même en Sicile puis perdu.......
I wondered what you would say to those people who suggest these restoration video's are fake? and that the guns etc are artificially aged by yourselves for the sake of the video's? What is your answer to that???
If you watched the kinzler bros you would see legit restore and test firing on every single firearm. Only one gun per video. Not trying to scam anyone and I comment to every single first comment on my channel.
I really love your work😊 I'm sorry intricate at times and that's when I wish you had subtitles not to interrupt your work but you know subtitles here and there just saying intricate work sometimes thank you
Do you mud the gun up before you start the video? The table is clean AF, and the moment you touch the gun its dry sand and broken parts. Suppose it adds to the "greatness" of your skill.
There is a distinct lack of deep pitting in the metal of these weapons after the "restorations" are complete. Regardless, still interesting videos to watch.
I had that pallet air gun. When I was 14. This makes me feel really old now. And I hid mine too. in the bushes. because these things were forbidden back then in the Netherlands.

How long do you leave the gun out In the mud before you retrieve it for a restore video ?
Or it's an old murder weapon found with a metal detector
Just long enough to look bad but without pitting..

A double barrel used for crime? It's too easy to get practical firearms (in any country) to risk it all on two rounds.
@joebenson528 if that where true then nobody would use bats, knives, poisoning etc. In fact most homicides are committed by plain beating the victim to death. They usually use what's convenient at the moment.
EXACTLY. AMEN.
I have found soaking such rusted objects in a pail of diesel oil for a few days is very effective to loosen rust and free up moving parts.

Very nice Old gun Sarvice

Man, you are amazing to get that rusty junk working again.
One in my shed right now in same condition, same shape this one was in.
Thank you for video, now I can restore it!
Bom trabalho !
Why bury the gun in the first place ?
To commit fraud with it 😠
To make a fake restoration video
Se eu não tivesse visto 😮juro eu duvidava muito bom trabalho
Отличная, кропотливая работа
would be more interesting to see how he got the wood to rust
Yes. There would be actual pitting in the metal. The wood would be more rotten as well. He is a fraud.

why neutralize the firing pin and barrel ?
To turn the weapon into a dummy weapon.
Probably because of local laws....

Not really a restriction. It would not be deepmed safe to fire that gun. Due to the heavy pitting but still fun to clean up as wall art.

So much rust and no pitting?? Something dont add, or you just pour mud on it??
