Welcome back! Good you're feeling better. As for juicing: you can also add avocado or spinach. Make sure you add veggies, not only fruit. When you add lemon, you better drink with a straw, as citrus is bad for your enamel! ❤

So glad you're back and starting to feel better. Noorie have you tried a massage gun? I usually have stress in my neck and shoulders and just got a massage gun - it's amazing. It breaks down the knots and then when you have an in person massage it really gets in.

Try echinacea capsules to help build up your immune system. Also when you go out especially after interacting closely with people apply some vapor rub to your throat before you go to bed.

Hey! I normally don’t wear bras just pasties but for the khaki tank top at the beginning of the vlog it has a built in bra (it’s the Uniqlo bra top) which I’ve been loving because it’s super comfortable with added support!
