Exporting to Dubai is a very risky matter. Chances of loosing your hard earned money is bright. Even Govt of India and embasy dont help exporters. Even chances of getting Ecgc cover is dim . . . Our own experience. Try to set up your own ofc and depute your close one to handle your matters in Dubai.

However, he is asking for 65000 $ for registering the firm in his country. I'm feeling helpless now, export is very new to me. Please, guide me what should I do in this case?

I have said the majority does business on commission.. Exceptions are there.. But with other factors. Fixed price means not fraud.. But when it comes with other messy option then.. Need to check it.
