There were sometimes Marcus Peters blew coverage (as he's prone to do occasionally, while trying to jump a route) and it may look like the safety blew it if you don't know the assignments.

Man, I love my Titans, but every time they get a big head on them, the Ravens have always been there.
1999 Season - Titans going to Super Bowl, Ravens beat them 41-14 in the regular season, largest margin of loss.
2000 Season - Titans win the division 13-3, Ravens hand them their first loss at home ever in Nashville during the regular season, then boot them out of the playoffs later on.
2008 Season - Titans start season at 10-0 and finish 13-3 en route to looking like a Super Bowl team, Ravens dismantle them in the playoffs.
2020 Season - Titans win their division for first time in over a decade and Henry rushes for over 2000 yards, Ravens boot them in the divisional round yet again.
Truth be told, I hope the Titans don't meet the Ravens in the playoffs if they had 10 or more wins on the season. They have a tendency to deflate them harder than Tom Brady.

@@jamtop1105 The score on that one is a bit deceptive. The Titans committed four turnovers (DOWNS, INT, FUM, FUM) to Ravens' 0, two of which were on red zone plays. Chris Johnson went into concussion protocol and didn't have any rushes in the second half and LenDale White didn't look like the bruiser RB that was expected. The (at that point) lauded Titans defense had zero sacks; the Ravens defense, which was also considered good (but old) had one.
The rookie Joe Flacco led Ravens weren't expected to put up many points and lean heavily on their defense, which they basically did. The home crowd didn't really have anything to get into, so the noise making wasn't there by the second half to cause issues with the Ravens offense. The Titans defense was supposed to hold them to single digits, but they were frequently dealing with bad field position. The Titans offense was supposed to hit at least 20 points (according to oddsmakers), but they didn't get near it.
At no point in the game did the Titans feel like they had control. The last-minute game winner by Matt Stover was a formality, the game was practically over before the fourth quarter. Even if the Titans had squeaked by with a win, they would have been considered "exposed".

Two very good teams, because they are so much alike, but this rivalry goes back years.....there has always been some bad blood between these two organizations......and then many of the Titans became Ravens......and the show continued.
