I have read some of the other books written by Mr Vikram Sampath and would definitely read his work on the Kashi Vishwanath temple. He is today the foremost Indian historian.
Iam Happy that today we see prime time given by media channels to discuss and spread awareness of our ancient history, thus revival becomes all the more important in contrast to Bharat true identity. Vikram Sampath, i bow down to your immense contribution and research in bringing forth evidence to lay strong foundation to our legal recourse in courts to reclaim not just Gyanvapi but rest of our temples. Time to set the records straight so atleast our future generation won't be hostage to learning falsified history of our glorious past.
When is Vikram Sampath' book on Tippu getting published.? Many Kodavas are waiting for this book. Tippu and his dad Hyder visited many of Kodava's temples and Ancestral houses uninvited.
I as a Hindu, went forth to perform my "Rites". This involved a Yatra. Let me keep it short. When I perfomed my "Pinda Dhanam" at Gaya, I understood so much, a Women has to go through, from Insemination to giving Birth, and Post Birth.. Some has to go and understand the sanctity . Tears, will follow when you do this . A Women, is born with "strengths", I, believe ( and so many will have to toss a coin) so, shall it be said. When one goes to Gaya, there, is devinity there. A good Purohit will explain, every aspect a "Mother" Goes through. Mother abdicates, what she loves to eat, cause her Milk should not affect the child. Our Samskritam has meaning, we have been subterfuged, Should we be again? Think

Half our citizens are able to take just one full meal only. In the past 10 - 15 years, rising prices everywhere, makes it very difficult for the common man's living. . . The present government and the opposition, together, should civilize, unite with each other and clean all the mess inside our country first, ..... most important to make unity & peace between religions..... instead of wasting public monies touring the world and fighting for elections... Lord Ram will be so happy too..... Journalists, media, CJI, ASI, ED etc. should be debating about such issues.. It's a pity most of them are one sided, who do not care for the "very important issues inside our country" !
Enough of crying yaar. First of all, get some knowledge. No temples had been constructed until recently. Did it remove Garibi? Don't give this Secular gyan that if temples are constructed, development cannot happen, which is so incorrect. Let development happen and no one is stopping it. Temple construction is a part of reawakening of our great cultural and civilisational ethos and it has to happen. Coming to funds, Govt is receiving lakhs of crores from Hindu places of worship. If it spend a little on the development, it is not much.
Reclaiming temple is for reviving the lost civilization. If tomorrow some one break Vatican,will Christians like you ask for the Revival or you talk about the economy. Even though under present dispensation,India has done remarkably well in a parameters balancing the cultural Ethos,but yet people do not want to see such massive developments happening. It's shame
Nehru's Congress was visibly anti-Hindu. Nehruvian secularism was something that injected shame in every Hindu with his own faith. But what we have now is Sonia Congress that poisonously and viscerally spews hatred towards Hinduism, sometimes one feels with more intensity than a rabid Islamist Pakistani Maulana. Hindus must be grateful for Vishu Shankar Jain and his father who have spent their entire lives fighting this atrocity on Hindus and attempt reclaiming their heritage legally. And thanks of course to authors like Vikram Sampath who have brought out these aspects through their books in the public domain.
