I like to imagine that Arnelle noticed someone was gonna take a picture of her and to try to look cool she hastily plopped that hat on her head... and that's why her horns are piercing right through it. :D
Eh she's not really bad but she is a bit hyper-dependent. So long as she has that, sure she gets a buff based on the card coming up next but more importantly, she can see the card coming up next. That's WAY more powerful than people realize. To use an example, it near-completely shuts down Mimyuu's hyper because if her trap is next, Arnelle will simply not go for the next card. Inversely if its something REAL good (like another Hyper) she can try to grab it before others even realize its next on the deck at all. Not to mention the ability to sack undesirable cards onto other players or deny them certain cards, like preventing Kae from getting a Super All-Out Mode card by taking and discarding it yourself. Arnelle's a good enough character who can win games if you play smart. She's no top tier but she's definitely good at what she does.
@@GameAW1 Yeah this community has some chronically negative people. There's just about anyone like that for every character. It comes down to them not understanding why a character is the way they are, and why they aren't like another they believe is stronger in a situation. There's open-minded people with non shallow opinions like you that balance it out. I appreciate that. (:

Just played as her, and not only was exactly that pretty funny, but the grin I get when I can attack someone with 4+ attack
