Thanks. It would be helpful to keep "Draw Full Names" on when uploading tutorial videos. There's tons of nodes in Rhino, noobs aren't so acclimated to the abbreviations and it can become frustrating trying to guess which components you are using.
Can GH control similar points of multiple curves at one time? In creating a basic four sided awning in 2D, I want to provide the same 'hollow' at all four sides, at the same time. A 'hollow' is a an arc that flows inward of a rectangle...three sided awnings (or sun shades are a great reference for what I mean). It is basically subtracting material from a basic shape. This would speed up my workflow and provide certainty that all 'hollows' are the same at all sides. Thanks for your help and consideration. I have not been able to find a video that comes close to yours.
Expression: x-1 When using the range component, the total number of output values will be one greater than the input parameter in "Number of Steps". (ex. if number of step equals 10, there will be 11 output values). When I want the number of output values to equal the input parameter I use the expression : x-1. Does that clarify?

When I recreate your last GH setup, it only lets me keep me domain start and end the same, otherwise the replace items gives the error: ‘you should supply equal amounts of items and indices’. But then i can basicly only edit the curve from one point… maybe you know what went wrong there, cause I’m in the dark
So I will need to re watch your tutorial a few times to fully understand it and you may have answered my question. I want to draw a curve that loops back on itself and modify it like a slinky on the z axis. This will give the elevation contour for the "track" . I need to maintain the x and y of the endpoints. Any advise will be appreciated.

Yes, definitely is possible! There's many different ways to achieve this based on your specific objective. For example, you could copy/paste this script and chain them together so that the first part moves points in x and second part moves point in z. Alternatively, you can actually add vectors with the Addition component. If you used that method you could make two separate graph mappers, one for x and one for z, then add them together to get the resultant vector. This might be a little confusing without a visual. If you want to count the number of points, you can use "List length" to count the list of Control Points. But if you're are dividing a curve, you're either: a) dividing by number of points, b) dividing by length segments or, c) dividing by distance. If you're doing option A, the number of points is an input. For option B and C, you can count the output "Points" with the "List Length" component. If this answer is not helpful, please help me understand your question and I would be happy to help!

I'd like to use the graphmapper to control how much each end point goes up. any help would be much appriciated (a reply, a video ! ) ;) thanks
I would like to graph the points of a circle or any curve shaped into a polygon. i just cant find any tutorial. I would like to do the sine graph but all the point moving away from the center of that shape. please help me, Im new on Grasshopper
