I was running every day at 5am bc I wanted to start exercising, but didn’t have the money for the gym yet, I finally got in the gym and I’m going from monday to friday bc that’s the schedule they have. I’m waking up at 3:30 am and starting the day, the first one to be on the gym and giving my all every workout session. I’ve also decided that I’m quitting my smartphone and getting a cellphone with buttons bc I want to live in real life and have all my focus on my goals, everything i need is in my computer and if someone needs to talk, we can talk con a phone call or see each other in person. The only social media im keeping is UA-cam, usually i just listen to the videos as a podcast and your content and others are very helpful and add to my life. Thanks from the heart, man
