But I just wanted you to know, your suggestion to bring small, foldable fans was ingenious! I live in Northern California and our summers can be quite warm, so I’m no stranger to heat, but the humidity in Florida kicked my butt!! Luckily, I took your advice and purchased a pack of 12, inexpensive foldable fans from Amazon. And let me tell you, they made all the difference in the world. I even “made a friend” in line at Slinky Dog Dash when a woman made a comment about trying to stand near me to get a cross breeze from my fan. I gave her one from my pack, and you would have thought I gave her a pot of gold! 😉 Your vlogs are so informative and a delight to watch. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for sharing those packing cubes, never knew about those. Very smart as I pack for my whole family and in making room to get it all into the different suitcases I place different family member items in different suitcases. Now I can keep them in separate pack cubes and even label them or get different color for each family member. Less mess of sorting through who's, who's once at the hotel.
I buy a box of large plastic zip top bags and pack one complete outfit per bag (shirt, shorts, socks & undergarments). When I get dressed in the morning I have everything I need already put together, which is especially useful if you are sharing a bathroom with several people. The previous day's dirty clothes then go in the empty bag and are separate from all my clean clothes.
You're so organized and practical! One pair of pajamas (even if you were buying a pair)?! I go on a 3 day trip and I packed for a 33 day trip, just in case my moods change those days lol

Dad & I usually drive down to Orlando for Disney. This trip I brought an extra bag to put any souvenirs in and it wound up doubling as an extra clothes bag. Lots of love to you & Ian.
I like the packing cubes, handy if you have the misfortune of case busting open, at least everything would be in the packing cubes, but do you think it might be an idea putting name and address of where you are going to in the packing cubes just in case the case does bust open? Hopefully this won't happen but then again it does happen.
So organised, do like those cubes, first time I have seen them! I am usually a roller...roll everything, socks go in in shoes, must admit I do love packing! Love those sunglasses (flowery edged ones) where are they from?

Hi Daisy. I haven't stayed at Port Orleans Riverside but I have stayed at French Quarter and really loved it. I definitely want to stay there on an upcoming trip.
Great video! Thanks so much for posting it. Just wondering if it’s ok to take a small first aid kit in the hold luggage? Like paracetamol, plasters, bite cream etc? Or does that need to be in carry on luggage ? Thanks x
What toiletries/ first aid stuff do you take with you? Feel like I'm packing too much, for every possible medical problem. Lol. But I do have children. And not having a hire car staying on-site Disney.
I take things like blister plasters, upset stomach meds and paracetamol but all of the Disney Resort hotels have a decent selection of first aid stuff so I try not to take too much.

We just stayed at Riverside and we loved it, wish we had spent some more time at the resort because it was so beautiful and relaxing :)

It should be fine as long as there's nothing sharp or over 100ml in there.

I've been thinking about doing a get ready with me for the theme parks video including hair so maybe I'll do that on the next trip :)
Good video - I also use packing cubes. Where do you buy your play suits from?
I get my playsuits from boohoo or asos but my mum also makes a lot of them :)
Also, most hotels her in the states will provide older towels for you upon request for your hair for the color.
