Just a question, Darren. You said you feel much better health wise, that you've got more energy; so why did you not go out? You should really embrace that energy and push yourself to get out. A walk to the seafront and back will just take half hour or so. Just do it! 💪🏽 if you want results, and want to reverse your diabetes, you need to take action. By the way, every Saturday morning they do a park run on the seafront at 9am, thats why you keep seeing runners 😂

i have been the past few weeks walking to the sea front after work more than i used to. i am pushing myself to do that more but one step at a time...
