- In this video number {1141A} SMPS circuit without optocoupler. I explained 5 volt 1 ampere cell phone charger circuit using DP1801 Quasi-Resonant PSR CC/CV PWM Power Switch. it is offline switching IC, uses auxiliary voltage as feedback. DP1801B integrates functions and protections of Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), VDD over Voltage Protection (VDD OVP), Cycle-by-cycle Current Limiting (OCP), Short Load Protection (SLP), On-Chip Thermal Shutdown, VDD Clamping. DP1801B is a high performance, multi mode, highly integrated Quasi Resonant Primary Side Regulation (QR-PSR) power switch. The built-in high precision CV/CC control with high level protection features makes it suitable for offline small power converter applications

Mr Haseep feedback divider is connected defore rectifier diode thats mean ac is passing but not affecting the readings?
Aselamualeykum hasseb i was try to biuld smps with uc3844 ic and irf840 mosfet but the vcc voltage maintain at 13v but there is no output voltage and referance voltage please can you help me out
Sir explain the ic all protection partially so that we understand the function of this ic.
sir can you please explain the details how auxilliary winding works as i dont undestand how the starting resistor will not supplying power to the chip while the starting resistor is still connected
sir please explain the voltage supplies to R1 and R2 resistor is it AC or DC ?

Respact sir many charger 5 volt present but when icharge the mobile then volt gose blow 5 volt & no load & mobile not charge please send me cose of no load
You are just theory .cant build and simple smps.with theory nobody learn anything
