When in reality LOUDSPEAKERS invented in 1920s have no relevance in the Deen dumb arguments which the sect/Firqa preachers gave in comparison of LOUDSPEAKERS with using computers and mobile phone. … Computers do not modify practices of the religion Loudspeakers have become part of religion but were only invented in the 1920s Read the Quran and VERIFY your beliefs instead of blindly following the Preachers These ‘Scholar-Worshipers’ have their own Shar!a given to them by their ‘shuraka’ (their associates of God) - which Allah has not ordained. //Quran 42.21 Or do they have associate-gods who have ordained for them some beliefs, which Allah has not authorized? Had it not been for ˹prior˺ decree on Judgment, the matter would have certainly been settled between them ˹at once˺. This issue of hijab for sisters in the West is worthy of discussion. They speak of hijab being put on at eighteen, in the Muslim world girls start wearing it as children. On my trips to Maghreb countries people explained to me that parents endeavor to make their daughters get used to covered head, it grows on to them and becomes the natural part of their being when they begin wearing hijab as children. The case in non-muslim countries is different.
Spreading culture and calling it religion? Sect /Firqa preachers took the desert clothing that is needed in sand storms and called it religion. The Other religious groups were already wearing it in the desert. The word HIJAB is used in the Quran but NOT for Ladies in Quran 24.31. The word is KHIMAR. Khimar just means COVERING (They’ve added head, hair, face to the word “covering”) Quran 24.31 (part) //… put forth the KHIMARs over the JAYBs …// Meaning: Put forth the COVER over the Jayb. Please notice it just gives importance to: “Cover the Jayb” Jayb means OPENING (Like an opening in a shirt for creating a pocket - some translate it as Bosoms coz that’s where the Jayb is) They will then point out Quran 33.59 So READ that verse also and notice closely what it says: “…JILBAB over themselves…” JILBAB - means outer clothing (wearing of decent clothes over the underwears as OUTER CLOTHING) (Please NOTICE:- No head, hair, face cover even in this verse) Please READ THE QURAN and VERIFY -- Reference below-- transliteration of Q24.31: “yadribna bi’Khumur’ihinna ala juyoob’ihinna” [Plurals : khumur, juyoob] //Quran 33.59 O Prophet! (But not found) In Quran 33.59 - “ … JILBAB over themselves…” in Quran 24.31 - “… Khimar over the Jayb..” The word is KHIMAR in the Quran.24.31 - Root Meaning of KHIMAR is just a COVERING, it can also be a neck scarf, any scarf, dupatta, chadar, etc. There is no head, hair, veil, niqab or any such importance in the Quran, transliteration of Q24.31: “yadribna bi’Khumur’ihinna ala juyoob’ihinna” [Plurals : khumur, juyoob] Quran 24.31 (see the part of the verse they say has hijab ) // *..put forth the Khimars OVER THE JAYBs…*// KHIMAR = COVERING Jayb just means OPENING, - like an opening in a dress, deep-neck, like shirt pocket - is a jayb (or) some people translate it as chest/ bosoms coz that’s where the Jayb is. Look at where the importance is in the verse: “COVERING over the Jayb” - but the EXPLANATIONS of ‘Sect’ /Firqa leaders promoted the concept of ladies’HIJAB - by adding it in books written much later after the Quran AND by adding words with brackets in translations and explanations - AND also these Firqa leaders wrote the Dictionary centuries later to push their meanings - please ask them : when and who wrote the Dictionary that they show their meanings from? We should not accept new meanings to the words after the word is used in the Quran - in the present era the meanings can be understood by checking the same word usage within the Quran - see where the word is used again. QURAN is it’s own DICTIONARY within it - (by using the important words in other verses and locking the meanings). They should know when the same root word is used for intoxicants even then it’s used for COVER - any intoxicant or alcohol COVERS the ability INSIDE the mind - Please NOTE : khumur /intoxicants/ALCOHOL does NOT cover the HAIR or outer-head. - *they took the desert clothing that is needed in sand storms and called it religion* How can a religion claiming to be for the whole world - promote desert clothing for far off freezing lands? IF anyone wants TO FOLLOW WORDS OF ALLAH then they should verify with the Quran - coz every secondary source should match with the Quran AND they should not add words in translations. JILBAB: Means any decent OUTER CLOTHING worn above the under-garments - it’s plural is JALABIB The verse in the Quran 33.59 is about JILBAB - it’s about wearing outer clothing - where it also says that “they can be RECOGNISED and NOT HARASSED” So the condition is to be recognised : how will anyone RECOGNISE if you cover fully? - So avoid tight clothing - it’s really simple as per Quran. Wearing clothes that the security personnel and other people are scared of coz they cannot recognise the person inside - as a result you face difficulty and then that results in feeling harassed. Check the verse Q.33.59 below and remember that some translations or interpretations have added words in brackets - so look at Arabic /or word-to-word translation to VERIFY, yes VERIFY. “… alay’ihinna min jalabib’ihinna… “ -- //Quran 33.59 O Prophet! As-salamu alaykum brother/sister . In Islam both the men and women have set obligation and responsibilities given by alllah. Before Allah commanded the women to cover , Allah first commanded the men : “Say to the believing men that: they should cast down their glances and guard their private parts (by being chaste). This is better for them.”(24:30). This is a command to Muslim men that they should not lustfully look at women (other than their own wives); and in order to prevent any possibility of temptation, they are required to cast their glances downward. This is known as “hijab of the eyes”. And men are also commended to cover their awrah (The intimate parts of the human) . Allah has put obligations upon both men and women and what Allah commands is never unfair , we might not understand the wisdom behind every obligation . But Allah is all knowing and we have little knowledge. Obeying our creator the one who created the heaven and earth and everything in existence and even you is the sole purpose of every Muslim, and Allah is deserving of everything and so much more😊🤲🏾 In regards to your first question. We have many types of different Khimar=head covering materials , and there is some materials made for sports that women can wear that helps . I hope what I’ve wrote is beneficial to you and others , May Allah increase all of us in knowledge and guide us and make it easy for us to be on the straight path inshallah❤️🙏🏾
