SwimSwam took a visit to Columbus, Ohio to see how the Ohio State Buckeyes were preparing for their mid-season invite. On this Thursday morning, all Zones on the OSU swim team suited up for some fast swims.
Zone 1 (Male Sprinters) - Broken 100s
Zone 2 (Female Sprinters) - Broken 100s (Option to suit up or not)
Zone 3 (Mid-Distance) - Pace 50s
Zone 4/5 (Distance/Long IM) - Pace 100s/50s
