    This is a 21 minutes Sadhana, instructional video that comes in 3 segments:
    1. Breathe Awareness
    2, Gratitude: Helped or Hurt (Alternate day *Note: Begin with Helped)
    3 Global meditation with Sri Amma Bhagwan (video clip). You need not open your eyes.
    The Guides recommended that this Sadhana is to be done daily same time, same place, by participants who completed the Journey into Awakening course.
