  • Welcome to Morocco! If you watched our last video you’ll know that, for a whole host of reasons, we were slightly apprehensive about starting our Moroccan roadtrip.
Well we’re pleased to report that vanlife in Morocco so far is not at all what we expected it to be. Sure it’s a very different culture and there’s lots of stuff we’re not sure about and need to get used, but overall we’re having an amazing start to our travels here.
This week we slowly work our way down the coastline, starting in the beautiful town of Asilah. The route we take sees us journey down through Rabat, Mohammedia, Casablanca, Oualidia and finally onto Safi.
One of the highlights was checking out the largest mosque in Africa, Hassan II Casablanca.
There’s some incredible park ups along the way and we have the best time getting involved in life inside the famous Moroccan medinas. One of the things we were looking forward to the most about this trip is the food and it does not disappoint.
So join us as we find our feet in Morocco, get our taste buds around some amazing new grub and soak up some well overdue sunshine.
    Catch you in the comments,
    Sarah, James & Ady

I just came back fron Tangier Morocco , I would highly recommended anyone to visit this beautiful Muslim country. They are very welcoming and hospitable people. I was honestly thrown back at how friendly and clean the place was. Coming from Africa myself they have really done us all proud.
