I can not believe that many people, mostly teenagers think that Lofi is something as...all those Videos you can find with the #Lofi on Instagram - awful. I unfollowed it even.

@@DaRUde117 it's an illusion that loving something makes you adversarial to other tastes. You can like both, and of course being able to enjoy something is better than not. For instance I know I'm missing out by not listening to rap, which I dislike. Only difference is I don't swear at people over these issues like you do.

I don't know what it is about the art that accompanies lofi mixes - the homes and apartment seem so modest, and yet they have me wanting to live there. Even though I've never seen places exactly like these, they seem so familiar and warm, like I lived in that apartment on a hill in another life. Wish I could have such a place now and invite you all over for coffee or matcha lattes and pastries.

Am I the only one who feels like I'm inside the art while listening to lo-fi? Idk it feels like a mental escape and enjoy the tiny imagination you have as if you are inside the art or painting that comes with the music. I want to be there, far away from where I am right now and just chill and feel my surroundings.
i've been in such a rut since the semester started, attending all my online classes half-asleep in bed while my room was an absolute mess. this mix gave me the motivation to get up and clean so i can try to get a fresh start. i didn't know this nujabes fellow until today but if he inspired a mix like this one, i commend him and i hope he is resting in peace 💖

I smoke weed to this, sitting next to my bedroom window, at 4am until the sunrise, covered in my robe, starting my day with a peaceful mindset, inhale & exhale as I feel the troubles leave my body, in this moment in time, this precise moment, I am happy, filled with peace. I’m grateful everyday for that, I learned that life does not have a happy ending, that happiness is all those little moments of perfection, looking at things in a positive way, with music like this to calm the constant Storm of thoughts that normally roam thru my head, I’ve learned that not everything that happens it’s intended to hurt me and that it’s ok to let go, I wish peace to people going thru a rocky road, I myself have struggle quite a bit in the last year and if there’s something I could tell old me to help me thru the tough times is to breath, everything will be ok and you’ll come out wiser than before, don’t rush so much, take in life for life it’s what you do on a daily basis not a big final picture, let yourself love a little and let your self be loved.
