Perfectly explained by Shri Mataji that to open Sahashtrara is to meditate. And in Sahajayoga there is no competition b/w A&B in meditating and to achieve state. It is you who have to test and introspect yourself and to give certificate to you honestly. No body other than you would give certificate. After cleansing of Sahashtrara you reach a state of Nirananda which is a state of absolute joy for which we aim for that's the time when we achieve the state. And these state should be maintain by enjoying and being in the joy and also to give realisation to other not to keep it for yourself.
