I am Latina I say this because are hair not textured like that but I have thick hair and I am tired of my short hair.. I have for almost 10 years and I think I am ready to grow it out and I love how the extensions change in so many ways but i would I like to know how to take of the hair? How long can you keep the hair in? Is getting a sew in damaging I want to have my hair in extensions for the fall/winter since it’s a good time right now where I live plus I love to Change up my hair so much but I don’t want to damage my actual hair one time I had to cut it all off because it was over processed. I love your hair it’s so pretty💕💕
Hi! I have watched this video more than I would care to admit lol. You and your hair are so gorgeous! Will you please please make a video describing your hair are routine when your hair is in weaves? Thank you!!
Thank you so much for the compliments and for watching my videos!! Unfortunately I will not be wearing my hair in a weave any time soon. However if you have any questions I will be more than happy to help. You can email me at naturaleeetv@gmail.com
Beautiful hair 💜! I am currently thinking about going back to wearing weaves and just leaving out my crown area (same as you did) however, like you, I am currently suffering from heat damage due to using a rod or flat iron to blend my hair with the weave. You mentioned you found a new way to blend your leave out without so much heat, what did you do?
I started leaving only a little bit of hair out. I used to leave out a lot, but then I would have to work hard to blend it. Wear a scarf at night so your leave out can lay flat. I used "renewing + argan oil of morocco - dry oil" whenever my leave out looked dull and it would instantly make it look moisturized. Make sure you use a liquid based leave in conditioner before you flat iron your leave out. Treat your leave out with care. Wash, condition, deep condition, pre-poo ect, and you will notice a difference.
Yes I do. The second week I wear I wear my up until it's time to wash. Sew ins helped me not mess with my hair as much and they were less time consuming.
Natural E forgive the typo above. 😬 Thanks for the reply. New subbie! Last question, so you have no heat damage from the bi-weekly flatiron or are you heat training your hair? Thanks
Kwameika Postell Kwameika Postell I keep my hair moisturized, I deep condition often, use a lot of heat protectant and I flat iron on a low setting. My hair is still super curly when it's in its natural state. I haven't had my curls loosen due to excessive heat. Thanks for subscribing!!
It's hard to tell if it's you or not on the pics where your hair was short and broken bc you did not show your face at all. Then in the years of growth your back is turned so we can't tell if it was really you. So many ppl deceive their viewers that way then the viewers believe it and start to mimic the video! Once their process fail they blame you the vlogger for it. Instead of asking questions as I'm doing, and not believing everything I see. I'm not trying to rain on your parade either but so many deceivers on UA-cam giving tips about their hair growth or sharing their long hair journey with lies/deception.
fake it till you make it
Shelby Jean I just love this comment
I honestly thought it was a weave until the saw your scalp 😱
new subbie. I'm still relaxed but I want to start using weaves to grow my hair longer. Very inspirational video!

When you wore sewins did you grease your scalp? Also did you use a hand blow dryer or a machine to dry your hair/weave after you washed it
Yes, I greased my scalp and I used a hand blow dryer. Every now and then I would use the machine one.

Love video. The writing is too much n too small
So you're hair was never relaxed bone straight right?
It was. I relaxed my hair completely when I was in junior high, but as I started wearing weaves on only needed to relax my leave out.
Natural E
So 'in 2013, you got your last relaxer'--that's referring to your leave out or all of your hair?
Leave out only (which includes the very top and my perimeter/edges).
Natural E
Thank you 😊 you have lovely hair
Denysha Taylor no problem! Thank you😊
