This is vlog 1 of a new series! The next few weeks will not be easy for any of us, so I thought I'd take you around and share with you vlogs from London - at home... mainly :) And hopefully they will bring some lighthearted entertainment and maybe a few minutes of escapism to you.

My life in London is looking very different these days, so I thought it was interesting to show you what living in central London in 2021 looks and feels like. These vlogs will mainly be filmed at home - but where I can, I will show you glimpses of the city of London, too! :)

Life is so different and weird now, isn't it? I basically set up a working desk in my bedroom where I can work from home and also shoot some videos from there! The best part is, since we live in London and the houses are so tiny and expensive, the desk occupies so much room I basically either have space to walk between the bed and the desk or I have space to get to the desk >.< So I ended up having it against the wall and move it every time I need to seat on it. Living the life! 🤣🤣🤣
Haha yeah I feel lucky to be in the living room and have a bit more space.. not much though and if my flatmates want to watch tv it becomes tricky haha
@@SandyMakesSense exactly! I decided to set the desktop in the bedroom exactly because of having housemates wanting to watch TV. Tough London life ahn 🤷🏻♀️

Hi Sandy, I found your video very relatable. I was surprised to see how empty that side of London is. When I go to the high street near where I leave, I can barely tell we are in lockdown apart from the closed shops. There is too many people out. I am working from home, but lucky to have a larger than normal living room and have been able to set up a desk / table at each end. We still hear each other's calls sometimes. I am also watching Drag Race season 13 and saw UK Drag Race season 2 coming soon 😊

That was charming. I've subscribed but I wont watch every one. I'm on furlough and I'm loving it as I dont need to get up at 3am and walk to work in the dark. The great thing about my job when I'm doing it is that I'm finished by 10am and have the rest the day to do my things. In just over a months time I can retire from paid employment at least I hope so but these days you never know.

Great to see you again. After the terrible past year I hope that with vaccine the things go to improve. Unhappily here in Brazil yet didn't start the vaccination, also haven't lockdown and the people don't mind ☹ . While it I work from home and I go out only when necessary.
