WELCOME BACK! Yesterday we got a gameplay deep dive video into the brand new EA Sports College football 25 game. The video had Kirk herbstriet narrating and talking about the Wear and tear system, Home environments and the new Passing system! Where you will need to rely on a passing meter like 2k to pass with accuracy. The home environments look insane with another loud / hype meter that will make your screen shake if you are the away team! This game is loaded with Abilities where you will be able to eqip up to 8 for your best players on your team.
This video showcases the field general ability that can be very effective when trying to figure out what the D is running .
The offensive line logic looks to be VERY MUCH improved! Great double teams in the RPO game as well.

Exactly. This looks and plays nothing like madden. The running looks more fluid and realistic. Throwing motions looks authentic.

In play now can you switch sides like madden like if I score a td with a team I can pause the game and switch to the other team
You should apply to be a commentator for this game🔥 and the background ncaa theme music through this video got me more excited hopefully they have this theme music in the gameplay and thru halftime and show other teams thats like live but not irl and show how other team playing and who have the lead and etc that will be dope at halftime as well

Would be really nice to have the crowd/announcers react accordingly. Like a night game, late game pick 6 or 4th down stop, it gets rowdy on tv and you see/feel that. The atmosphere and emotion is what this game needs, alongside good gameplay, to be a fun time. If they both aren’t there, not sure it will be as good as our expectations would like.

the abilities are not guaranteed to work it just boost the chance of it happening so its not op like in madden
Blocking is what i was most interested to see.
Only thing I noticed was that the fb for Texas for ga blocked pretty smoothly

Ive heard that the new passing meter and wear and tear both will be togglable. Don't hold my word on that though

The only thing that they could have done to make this game better would have been something worked out to be able to import draft classes to madden hopefully they give us an update later this season where after say year 4 when all the college players names are auto generated anyway we could then import them to madden 25
I believe that's how it's going to work. I've seen that apparently only the real players wont be able to transfer to the NFL

Only problem i have with the game is u can't edit player ratings
I have always enjoyed the college game more than madden game I don't play online I just pick my favorite college team or NFL team get in dynasty or season and play you won't hear me complain or talk trash about either game. I don't like controlling the players at all I love putting it on coach mode picking the play then let the cpu execute the play my games are close most of the time madden never got a true coach mode and that's what I dislike about madden the most. I will be really disappointed if cfb 25 don't have it but I'm pretty sure madden 25 won't. I think both games will be very enjoyable to play I'm excited for this coming season guys.

Nah I love my Michigan homies lol! I’m happy for your success! I grew up and still always relevant. I’m happy another B1G FINALLY did it on a national stage. From what iv heard recruiting is going to be 10x tougher and more details than what we had in NCAA14. NIL im sure will be involved somehow along with location of the state your are trying to recruit. I’d just expect it to be 10x more wild than what NCAA14 was.
