You know why ST & SC r given special rights? Because we r minorities. Our population is very low in our own state. Most of us live in huts and do farming for survival. Now what will happen if the bill becomes a law? Nothing will happen to mainland india but alot will happen to northeast. After partition Pak, Afghanistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan) signed a pact that they would protect "religious minorities" in their countries, but they didn't, and those who faced such religious issues came to India. The Citizenship Amendment Act has been passed in the Parliament recently. This Act has provisions under which minority communities of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh namely Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Parsis and Christians who have been religiously persecuted in those countries and have sought refuge in India will be given Indian Citizenship. Since all these three countries are constitutionally (Officially declared) Muslim countries the majority population of Muslims over there are NOT religiously persecuted. Hence, there’s no question of giving them any refuge or offering them citizenship. This Act has nothing which affects the citizenship of Indian Muslims and still inside and outside the Parliament it’s being presented as ANTI-Muslim. The next Bill of implementation of NRC has provisions to drive away infiltrators which mostly consist of Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims. Both these Bills are being presented before the ordinary people as ANTI-Muslim resulting in bringing Muslim mobs on the streets to protest against the Bill. While observing this situation I could only visualise Panipat happening all over again. I could see CAB and NRC in place of the Ahmedia Pact. After partition Pak, Afghanistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan) signed a pact that they would protect "religious minorities" in their countries, but they didn't, and those who faced such religious issues came to India. Congress demanded the same citizenship amendments in 2003.
For any other country, the procedure to get citizenship in India is same for all religions.

I am a chartered accountant and used to take lectures of CA course. And trust me during off the topic conversation with students I could really feel the extreme wave of Hindu nationalism, the same which was fuelled by savarkar. If such students are affected by this ideology you can only imagine the other youths. Also you can track this by drastic increase in number of volunteers of Rss and Hindu parishad. The Citizenship Amendment Act has been passed in the Parliament recently. This Act has provisions under which minority communities of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh namely Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Parsis and Christians who have been religiously persecuted in those countries and have sought refuge in India will be given Indian Citizenship. Since all these three countries are constitutionally (Officially declared) Muslim countries the majority population of Muslims over there are NOT religiously persecuted. Hence, there’s no question of giving them any refuge or offering them citizenship.
This Act has nothing which affects the citizenship of Indian Muslims and still inside and outside the Parliament it’s being presented as ANTI-Muslim. The next Bill of implementation of NRC has provisions to drive away infiltrators which mostly consist of Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims.
Both these Bills are being presented before the ordinary people as ANTI-Muslim resulting in bringing Muslim mobs on the streets to protest against the Bill.
While observing this situation I could only visualise Panipat happening all over again. I could see CAB and NRC in place of the Ahmedia Pact. And Modi government and their supporters in place of Maratha Army marching to save Delhi and Abdali in Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators.
I could almost see cunning crafty Najib Khan in those who are opposing this Bill which helps protect the nation. AND the apathetic people are those Rajput Kings who chose to remain neutral just to keep Marathas away from Delhi throne. Their neutrality allowed outsiders to win the war.
So friends, we have this responsibility thrown upon us to stop Najib Khan succeeding, that too before he makes it in to a Religious conflict between two communities. That also means its high time we choose a side. Or else if the Abdali in the guise of Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators gets settled here, if CAB and NRC are not allowed to implement then NOBODY can stop happening Panipat. Abdali has started his war dance in West Bengal by resorting to arson and destruction of public property and violence. I appeal to Indian Muslims too , not to fall for propaganda and become a hurdle in the path of national security.
I will take this opportunity to say to those who are playing Najib Khan in this situation that after the defeat of Panipat Marathas were so enraged that within just 10 years they took over Delhi and brought the Patthargarh fort of Najib Khan to ashes by incessantly bombarding it, beheaded his son and they didn’t just stop at that. They excavated Najib’s grave, removed his bones and destroyed it completely. If unfortunately Panipat happens again then today’s resurrected Najibs better keep in mind that you will also end up just like him because HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF.
Therefore, it is my earnest request with folded hands to all patriotic Indians, know the Najib Khans around you, don’t allow him to take over.
Don’t let him do a Panipat.
