After from trash talking I was on Donna online I found your video, very interesting as I've only ever stuck to right cut right, left cut left. I was wondering if your interpretation has changed since this was published.

I am assuming you are referring to the Zwerchaus @2:07 ? Short answer, I am vastly more interested in what you can do from these various guards, than recreating exactly how Fiore fenced according to his written works. That is why the video description says "Fencing inspired by Fiore dei Liberi". There are plenty of other UA-cam channels dedicated to going line by line through the manuscript where if it isn't specifically stated then you can't do it. I don't think this is the best approach to learning fencing. Additionally, I am aware such a strike is never mentioned, but it isn't very different from la Punta Falsa. The only difference is instead of closing measure with half-swording, you are staying in the wide-game. It is tactically sound, works from that posta, is similar to specified techniques, and is something I think is worth mentioning as an additional tactical option.
