Un vent de fraîcheur électronique souffle à nouveau dans la région montoise avec l'ambition de s'engouffrer dans les tympans d'un grand nombre d'ici et d'ailleurs, hors frontières. Son nom ? AT NIGHT ! Si les plus avertis auront, sans nul doute, associé l'appellation du groupe à ce titre issu de la plaque cold wave "Seventeen second" du groupe The Cure , c'est aussi le clin d'œil assumé de Sébastien Preaud qui fait, une fois encore, transpirer sa basse sur son nouveau projet, associé à son comparse Massimo Panza aux claviers, programmations et guitare, duo rejoint par Sophie Gaillet.
Il enregistre un premier et prometteur EP (intro + 5 titres) TEEN CRISIS, album électro-pop qui confirme, au travers de ses diverses influences, une crise d' adolescence revendiquée ! Ne devient-on pas vieux que lorsque l'on renonce à la jeunesse ? Eux ne renoncent pas ! Cinq compositions léchées qui balancent des pistes rythmiques tantôt envoûtantes, tantôt entraînantes qui ne sont pas sans rappeler certaines envolées lyriques des anglais de Goldfrapp assaisonnées aux "ambiants" des américains de Phantogram ou Fisherspooner, ambassadeurs de l'électro-rock référencés. Produit par Pierre Dumoulin (Roscoe) dans les studios KARGO à Liège et mixé par Rafaelle Neda D'Anello, ce premier EP d'AT NIGHT peut se targuer d'un encadrement de choix pour mener à bien sa conquête d'un public sur le qui-vive d'une attaque de sons, en bonne et dûe forme, qui fera la part belle aux déhanchements cadencés de tous qui décideront qu'une crise d'ado, par les temps qui courent, ça fait vachement du bien !
A l’aube des premières dates, Sophie décide d’arrêter le projet et est remplacée par Cendrine Ketels.
Un nouveau « single » THE PRAYER sort le 10 aout 2023 en prévision du nouvel EP « CALIFORNIA GIRL » (10 novembre 2023)
Pour celui-ci, AT NIGHT a choisi de travailler avec la même équipe et revendique encore plus ses influences électro et « dance ». Emmenez par sa chanteuse charismatique, Vous ne resterez pas insensibles aux prestations « live » du groupe !

A wind of electronic freshness is blowing again in the belgian region of Mons with the ambition of rushing into the eardrums of a large number of people in Belgium and elsewhere : beyond borders. Its name? AT NIGHT!
If the most informed will, without a doubt, have associated the name of the group with this title from the cold wave track "Seventeen second" by the group The Cure, it is also the obvious nod from Sébastien Preaud which makes, once again, sweating his bass on his new project, associated with his sidekick Massimo Panza on keyboards, programming and guitar, a duo joined by Sophie Gaillet.
They recorded a first EP : TEEN CRISIS, an electro-pop album which confirms, through its various influences, a claimed teenage crisis! Five polished compositions which balance rhythmic tracks that are sometimes captivating, sometimes catchy, reminiscent of certain lyrical flights of the English of Goldfrapp seasoned with the "ambient" of the Americans of Phantogram or Fisherspooner, referenced ambassadors of electro-rock. Produced by Pierre Dumoulin (Roscoe) in the KARGO studios in Liège (Be) and mixed by Rafaelle Neda D'Anello, this first EP signed by AT NIGHT can boast of excellent support to successfully conquer the public.
At the dawn of the first concert, Sophie decides to stop the project. Appears Cendrine Ketels, UFO singer with two-tone bangs with whom the band begins the concert dates! The trio is then joined by Hervé Tricot on drums. The criticism is unanimous: They found each other!!!
After a summer full of festivals and a return with a lot of big dates to conquer its audience, a totally different single is released: The Prayer!
This positive and sunny ride, with a soft and soaring clip, released on August 10, 2023, gives a glimpse of a strong and assertive NEW EP “CALIFORNIA GIRL” (November 10, 2023)
For this one, AT NIGHT chose to work with the same team and further asserts its electro and “dance” influences.
Led by its charismatic singer, you will not remain indifferent to the band's “live” performances, as the sold- out audience was amazed by the show at the Ancienne Belgique in February 2024! See less
