Loved your comprehensive review! You'll find that emulsifying the products in your hands for a few seconds before applying to your scalp and hair will give you better coverage. The first shampoo attaches to the normal build up of both product and environmental pollutants and removes them. For the second application of shampoo - do the same thing and you'll notice more suds! I also noticed that you applied the bulk of the conditioner to your scalp - since your hair is so beautifully long, you'll find better results from once again, emulsifying the conditioner in your hands and applying from the middle to ends of your hair, first few passes, then a little on the scalp. I'm using the Volume + regimen and am amazed with the length and strength in my hair. I also love the dry shampoo - it's the best I've ever used, and be sure to really not spray it too close to your head, but at least 8 inches away for fuller/more complete coverage. This regimen has shown me that I need to wash at least 2 if not 3 x a week for best results. My personal experience is that washing just once a week leaves my scalp itchy and hair flat and rather oily. Once again, R+F has give us an amazing way to control and enhance our lives. Cheers to great hair, fast growth(my personal experience) and get ready for compliments!

You dont need that much. It will not lather a lot because it shouldnt have sulphate. Its the lines Im using and I absolutely love it. Let me tell you, the Volume+ is just as amazing!!!

My rf consultant said to use the shampoo twice one pump rinse then another pump and rinse and trust me it lathers wayyyy more the second time. The first time it’s attaching to all the oils and dirt in your hair!! Please try it like this. It says to use it twice on the instructions as weel

You really should wash your hair twice. The first shampoo breaks down dirt and oil, and the second really allows you to get your scalp nice and clean and allow the products to actually do their job. First shampoo won’t have hardly any lather, and the second will have considerably more! If it’s the first time you’re shampooing more than once, you might need to do it 3 times. As your scalp will have a lot of build up. Also, concentrate the shampoo on your scalp and not the ends. Your scalp is where all of the grime is, not the ends. As you rinse the shampoo will glide down and cleanse the ends. No need to scrunch the shampoo into the ends. Hope this helps!
The chemicals in this shampoo should not be touching your scalp.
Check out those ingredients. All the same stuff as Deva curl which made my hair fall out after a year. They got sued and refomulated. Be carful! My hair acted the same way after this sample as deva curl!
