Even i was joint Ncc in 9 great for A certificate even i went to Dhaka but, when im in 12 great i shift my school, there no Ncc there ,even in my Bachelor degree there no Ncc i was so disappoint , i really want to take part in B and C certificate but all waste.......... I have ask my friend she went in women college to take form for me but she said can't give for outsider is that correct please answer for this
