And overall, TOP 20 games of all time already, and I can see it climbing to TOP 10 or even higher!

19:45 You mention that we take the right-most miner, and based on the graphic in the rulebook, I can see where you're coming from. I don't think it matter which specific miner you take, as long as you take it from the right reserve (uncommissioned miners / free zone). In the case where it is empty but you have miners in the miner pool, you may take one of those instead. Rulebook page 13, middle-right of the page.
In the end, it technically makes no difference. You can take the right-most, or any miner from that reserve. It's just that by explicitly saying "right-most miner", there's an implied importance to the miner order in the reserve, and there is not.

One question - In the Tax phase: do players lose one reputation per tax point (e.g.: 3 rep. for 3 tax points) or one reputation regardless of the tax points they're missing (e.g.: 1 rep. for 3 tax points)?
One reputation, regardless of how high the tax is.
