We can supply highly automated sandwich panel lines for doors, roofs, and walls, cooling cells. There are almost 80 models of Trapeze Lines, covering the range from 0.3 mm to 6 mm with different widths up to 2000 mm and with coil weight of 30 tons. Barida Group's deep knowledge of sheet metal forming, we can also carry out sandwich panel roll forming for architectural use, when advanced technical performance goes hand in hand with a pleasant design.
As an option, paper and plastic film coating devices are used to protect delicate and sensitive surfaces especially in the lines which are specified to cut sensitive materials such as stainless, pre-painted, aluminum, and galvanized steel.
