Micropollutants in wastewater

They are so small that they cannot be seen with the naked eye, but using modern technologies, we can detect them all around us. Residues of pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and even tiny particles of plastics. Systems for removing micropollutants are one of the challenges for the future. The Norway Grants program has focused its calls on supporting projects aimed at identifying and removing residues of pharmaceuticals from surface waters.
