His disk is very injured, it's called herniated lumbar disc. There are very obvious symptoms in this video like when the disk is that injured the nerves are very irritated which causes his body parts to shake at a very fast speed at around 1:31 even though he got his hand in a fist you can see his pinky finger shaking and he can't control it as well as 0:40(the hand that he's not holding the mic with) and 1:52 he tries to hide his hand away when his fingers begin shaking. I say we write a petition for Jongin to actually take treatment, cause it's obvious sm isn't doing shit. If he doesn't treat it he might not be able to dance.

My heart hurts seeing him cry. I understand and feel his passion for dancing and I'll support him no matter what...I just don't want him to make what he said become reality, "I'd have no regrets dying on stage." I know he wouldn't die, but his health and his back, waist, everything he has problems with needs to be taken care of. His happiness and health is more important to me than him risking permanent damage trying to make the fans happy. Please everyone stop making assumptions. You don't know if he cried was bcs of the pain or bcsnhe felt so touch cos all the hard work he had to go thru actually paid off. Being in a concert is very touching for singers as they see all the attention and love from thousands of people at that moment. Despite going thru hardship they are there where they are. Kai is not the only one who cried during promise. Obviously the song means so much to them
