Senior Security here! We get complaints about long waits a lot (Though the security team should NOT be the people you ask to get you a meal quicker.) the real problem is a lot of the time there’s not enough waitresses/waiters, however, the experience/atmosphere would probably be the main part of the game besides food, there’s a huge amount of customers a lot of the time and three or five servers cannot serve the amount of people there really is all at once, if you have been finding the wait times boring- go with a friend! The experience will be more fun, having a nice chat while eating or waiting can keep you less impatient. The game is realistic, so I’m sure that might be the reason why it’s not so simple, it works how most restaurants do. Hopefully you come back and have a amazing experience! 🫶

Pablo's was used to be very strict that explained why the service is slow and feel like get serve by AI as they cantjust focus on serving single person or a single party but rather keep change (the understaff issue cause by how hard the training is).
