Just having coffee before I go out for a rip. I got a ported 670 ho in a Zx chassis mod sled that’s been my baby for 12 years. She holds her own with the new kids on the block. But I’ll tell you I spend a good amount of time pulling on it like you where doing In the beginning of the video hahaha made me laugh
I always wanted to do an Indy wedge chassis with the xcr800 engine. If you buy an old Ultra, the XCR800 engine will drop it pretty easy (Ultra engine support straps and mounts) I was told to use the stock ultra top of the airbox and the xcr800 bottom. HTG made pipes that work with the XCR800 and the wedge chassis. I can't think of a better mod sled to build than an old wedge chassis with a 159HP triple/triple. I think you could get the weight down to 470 lbs or better with some lightweight parts.
I'm currently using my 1st Cat 91JagDlx440LT geared low. My friend changed my clutching and my jetting. I used to do 55 to 60 easy but now I'm going about 40 mph. Before I head home I add my oil to my fuel tank then mix it with 5 gallons of AVgas, and top my tank off with regular. After my rig warms up I head out and the slight power gain and throttle response is noticeable 😁
@@PowerModzOfficial agree! Just rebuilt top end and runs awesome! Do they commonly have a loud clutch at idle? Like a tick in the clutch that goes away when revved?
POWERMODZ!! Season’s Upon us boys! Here’s to you COAT smelling like GAS!!
You bet!

Love these old zx vids! Considering I wanna build out one myself I'm learning a lot.
You should!

The ZX build series is my favorite one you did, I would love to have that sled.
Great vidoe like always
Glad you enjoyed
I appreciate your ZX700! That thing looks like it can float over powder very special way better than a Factory Build sled!
