I love your channel because I can relate to the anxiety. Right now my anxiety has been over the top, when that happens I struggle to journal...which is weird because that is when I should journal the most.
I’m so happy for you for your upcoming holiday!!! I was in the DR earlier this year and we stayed at a large resort. They will likely have little trams that can help you get around if you are tired. I’m so glad you are going to focus on being present and having fun with your family - you deserve all the good times! ❤
Oh, I totally understand your struggle with standing too long! I have hypermobility and POTS, so making dinners is so hard 😭 I have a tall stool with a back that swivels. This makes it so much easier to cook at home. I can take sitting breaks while doing dishes, and I can do some cooking steps seated. Also, doing just a couple exercises a week for my spine also helps so much. Wishing you the best of luck with court and health!!! Oh, and no need to apologize for the stop at Thurs - half the time I only really use a planner Mon-Thur or skipping a day or two mid-week - it's best to use them as a tool for ourselves rather than an obligation ❤

51:17 I don’t use albums anymore. I found I had to get too many and it was hard to keep organized and alot to flip thru. I use these bins with tab dividers and I love it! Takes up less space and faster to find and organize.
You should try an inverted table ... You literally hang upside down and it takes all the stress off your back ... ALSO, CBD lotion 1000MG idk if you can get it in the UK but you can online ... I have herniated disc as well as bulging disc disease that sits on top of my sciatic nerve... So i know pain mama... These two things have SAVED ME. Im the heaviest ive ever been and i can definitely feel the added weight but i cant exercise if my back hurts .. I promise I wouldn't tell you anything that didnt work for me. I've tried for years to put off surgery and these are the only two things that have helped .. oh and stretching! You can literally sit on the floor and do stretches. I hope you feel some relief soon. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Now I’m back😂but back ind a moterm ring planner a5, now I am starting en personal ring……and now for a question 😂 do you know what sticker kit fits a personal size🤔🤔🤔 sorry for the long write😂 take care❤
I don’t really know what size kit will fit as I don’t know what inserts you are using. I would recommend going for journalling kits as they can be adapted for any Planner. I don’t tend to use specific sizes anymore, apart from maybe a couple of cousin kits the rest I use at all journalling type kits
