To me, Sunrise Woods in my mind is a play on Twilight Woods. Sunrise Woods is like her day time sister. I picked her up again in the mist as I love her so much.
@@marymakers I stress that they are not the same, but like I mentioned Sunrise Woods to me is a play off Twilight Woods. Unfortunately, Twilight Woods is not available at all in Canada, but luckily a girlfriend of mine sent me two full sized mists awhile ago as Twilight Woods is one of my OG fragrances. Happy to have her back in my collection. I would recommend Sunrise Woods to my fellow Canadians who cannot get Twilight Woods.

Sorry, I had to add this in real quick even after the novel I just wrote, but the dry down of Sunrise Woods and Snowflakes and Cashmere is actually a lot different than I first thought. At first sniff yes I see much similarity yet detect the hidden notes more so… However, it’s been 30 mins and in “my personal opinion” they are more different now…. AKA Fragrance Fancier

I love the Sunrise Woods candle, but I haven't tried the body care yet. If it is like the candles I've tried, i would love it. It reminds me a lot of Twilight Woods & Dressed in White - they are all like sister scents with their sophisticated creamy cashmere woodsy notes. So far this September I have been enjoying Candy Apple Cauldron, Fall in Bloom, Covered in Roses (which is giving a lovely woodsy note on me as we go into the cooler season! It's weird bc I swear it seemed to smells slightly more like the other Rose ffm during the Spring & Summer, but smelling them side by side now I can definitely detect a sharpness and a greenness to the Rose ffm vs the Covered in Roses. Love them both but Covered in Roses is definitely better imo!), & Oh Cherry. So many amazing scents, I can't even keep up! I love Cashmere Glow but to me it smells nothing like Sunrise Woods! Definitely a beautiful peach note in there as you said. I wish they'd bring her back!! I did pick up a couple mini ffms at the candle sale online this weekend - Autumn Drive & Together Weather - which I'm looking forward to trying, never tried either one of those! I wish they had a mini in Sunrise Woods available!

You look fabulous !! Loving your hair! Ok- I just happened to already have on Velvet Petals today although it was hours ago. And I have a travel size from last year’s Sunrise Woods. Also every way you describe this year’s SW today is exactly how last years is smelling to me right now. Cashmere front and berries way in the background. Idk if it mellowed over time, or if my memory was playing tricks on me because I thought I liked it more too in the store til I pulled out my old bottle- and I like it and now they smell the same to me. Wish I had them both to compare. However! When I compare last years SW to Velvet Petals in the dry down stage- they ARE very similar!! Very very similar. And would go well together. Definite cousins. I can hardly pick up floral at this stage in VP dry down. Really none. Now I’m going to respray fresh VP and compare.
Ok- VP fresh I am picking up those petals definitely. And I resprayed SW- and I can still smell similarities. Not the same. But very similar in DNA- must be those sweet notes in both. Our noses are just picking up different notes. I looked it up in fragrantica and they both have sweet notes.

It’s more of a skin scent after a half hour for me…The comparisons were ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! Except Snowflakes was similar, but side by side you can really start detecting notes you didn't smell much, when sniffing it by itself and the dry down is different. As for Twilight Woods(u had me interested!). I believe it's much fruiter esp. at 1st and they dry down a bit similar, but again I think it's still fruitier and woodier(not a cashmere type wood)(if that even just made sense?!)? GOD Bless with your business! You are really getting there! A dream coming true for sure! You’re in my 🙏… I can't wait to get my hands on more glosses and now the scrubs and butters too! I feel like this years is softer. It’s not as strong. It’s not bad, just a little different. I think it’s creamier and not as sharp. I love this scent but not for my body, I buy it to spray around the house and in my car.
