the whole Panchayat team rocks it -- story, dialogue, direction, acting, sets... touching, relatable, gentle humor, authentic. I know people who have done a lot of research on panchayats and they've seen this series and said it closely mirrored the real situations. Fantastic job team. Wonderful to know that something like Panchayat can be so super successful without - violence, glamorous actors, vulgarity and glossy, urban settings. That in itself speaks volumes for how well crafted this show was. Congratulations to the whole team.

If Panchayat 1 was superb , Panchayat 2 is a masterpiece. It's a Gangs of Wasseypur of Webseries, deserves a cult status. If there would have been an Oscars of Webseries, Panchayat 2 would have won all Categories hands down. I saw the whole series today...season 2 is way more interesting and amazing ...off course 1st part was incredible too... the story continues with more astonishing facts about the village and the relevant events.....the end was so heart touching😔....loved the show😍.....now anxiously awaiting for 3rd part😅

2nd season is more mature than any typical TVF comedy..
Those who aren't from villages maybe a bit skeptical about some aspects of the show, but that is how things work there. I myself am from a big town, but can vouch for the authenticity as have met many "real" villagers. The locations are genuine - Panchayat office is a real-life panchayat office, and so is Pradhanji's house. Also, the writers have avoided the typical traps, for example, by not over-exposing Saanvika (Rinky)). The village politics is clean (and naive). The humor is real - like someone watching 6 hours of CCTV footage to look for the missing Bakari (goat).

What a beautiful series. I watched both series. You find that honesty, sincerity and purity in all the characters from jitendra to Pradhan ji, Neena Gupta ji, Kishore, prahlad, Rinky and also the bhushan and his wife.. Each one of them including the one who loses his bakri, the lady offr who comes for inspection of ODF loved each one's expression and execution in their acting. Hats off to the whole team 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊 my fav is Neena Gupta Ji, jitendra ji and Raghuveer Yadav ji 💖💖💖
