So this week i have decided to share with you my amazing subscribers and viewers. My personalised journey of me walking without crutches , so that i can walk along the beach, and be able to walk long distances & build up from that to then running again , and then playing sports, so this is day where i cover about 500m without crutches, still a bit tough on my legs but nevertheless pushing through & then we have a one on one while im doing a workout to be interactive with yall and speak about myself & other things that i go through.
