    Dude you are so freaking lucky to have this tv, I was a boy in the 70s and I've never seen this tv ever. If I had this tv I would keep it forever, freaking coolest 1970s tv I've ever seen ever. That's a cool tv. I found this video since I saw one being used in Valve's Steam Deck Launch Trailer and it really caught my eye.

    They need to update this model, for portable reasons update it with HD/4k whatever, Throw in an HDMI, maybe some wifi and bluetooth options maybe some streaming services, a good price and we have something for picnics, backyard get togethers, camping, and etc.

    When you get to 500 thousand subs. you should wear the t.v on your neck. Then have someone play a game at the same time you wear it.

    Impressive! Back in the early days of the Apple ][ the only way to get video out was via an RF modulator, so I’m very familiar with using RF input to older TVs. However, never in a million years could I have conceived of the Rube Goldberg setup you devised. Great show!!! 👍👍👍👍

    • @troy2000me
      @troy2000me 6 років тому +6

      Yes, actually he did. He soldered the "RF" (radio frequency) coaxial cable from the VCR INTO the cables going from the antenna INTO the TV, then you just tell the TV which "frequency" to look for (like an old analog TV station) and just scroll around the tuner until it finds the frequency that the VCR is transmitting on for the RF cable.

    The interesting thing is that realistic games on modern consoles like PS4, Xbox, and PC just look almost like black and white movies on this thing. Really cool
