Went on a Royal Caribbean Alaska cruise in 2010, all the excursions were awesome. Had a great time.

As a parent, and a former Disney kid, it’s a right of passage for us and they know it. I know it’s not all about theme parks, but I can’t give my kids the same childhood I had because I simply cannot afford to take them often. I absolutely get parents going into debt to give their kids the experience, but I refuse.

It’s cheaper to do a Europe vacation then a Disney vacation

Additionally, it’s cheaper to fly to Disney Parks over seas than go to the domestic parks. Crazy. Wouldn’t mind going to Japan though!

Every theme park is expensive as hell. With Disney, travel and hotels put it over the top compared to your local/in-state theme park. But basically Disney is the Apple of theme parks.

Id rather spend 2 extra grand and take the kids to Europe or something the pricing is way off

Say it again for the people in the back, “Your kids will be OKAY if they don’t go to Disney. They just want to spend time with you”.
