Jon being a sad man trying to fill a void, Liz being the embodiment of "I can fix him," Odie placing all the blame on Liz and trying to convince Jon to leave her, and Garfield trying to manipulate everyone just because he feels like it.
Donny has his work cut out for him.
Garfield has some great points, though, once you examine the context.
@Kiel Lewis That's just it. Garfield's points are largely fabricated.
For example, upon further inspecting the chronicles of the Arbuckle household, I've discovered that Jon, in fact, almost never willingly gave Garfield lasagna. Rather, it was the cat himself that insisted upon thieving Jon's lasagna day after day.
Garfield has gotten so good at gaslighting, he's managed to convince everyone else that Jon was feeding him pasta on purpose. The cat is a clever beast, I'll give him that.
@@Michaeljefferson9000 However we can not forget that Jon was the one who wrote all the cartoons, so there is a possibility that Jon's deranged mind fabricated all of the manipulation he endured from Garfield to excuse his own choices.
@Jona Dronkert That's what I thought as well, until I saw the 2004 investigative documentary "Garfield: The Movie" which featured a dramatization of the actual events surrounding the Arbuckles (with acclaimed thespian William Murray in an orange mascot suit playing the titular cat). It opened my eyes to the truth.
Garfield is a menace. Almost as bad as Spider-Man.

Amanda's acting as Jon on the verge of tears was immaculate.
No literally like this video was beautiful, it literally shows Jon’s fall into insanity, from projection of his unhealthy relationship with good to his gross dependency on his pets for validation and love, as they are practically the only relationships he has in his life. Smosh painted Jon as a truly broken man, and frankly it was outstanding.
The fact that Amanda somehow nailed a cartoon's exact facial expressions and emotes impresses the heck outta me!
Damien remaining in character nearly the whole time just to break on cannon-noli kills me.

I suddenly understand why accordions were way overrepresented in cartoons and old kids movies, because the sound it made when Amanda picked it up and put it back down was the funniest thing I've ever heard.

On the other, a lot of these seem to deconstruct relationships in... morbid ways, which I understand is fertile ground for storytelling. But I don't think I could handle seeing Phineas fall out with Ferb. Or Isabella.
