I love the fact that the whole fandom collectively agrees (whether glitchtrap, mimic, William are different or one in the same whatever) that glitchtrap is one of the strongest characters in FNAF as of rn, due to the fact he can break the fourth wall, and is aware of stuff he shouldn’t be- 😄

In tales of the Pizza Plex, the Mimic1 progam was only used for story telling. But Glitchtrap manifested due to old circuit boards being scanned into the game to help program pathfinding. If was the Mimic1 program, why use it for programming pathfinding? Let’s not forget the circuit boards were stolen back after they were scanned. If Fazbear entertainment truly just used the program, they wouldn’t need the circuit boards. It also be weird that Glitchtrap wants to activity download himself into a persons mind. It wouldn’t be trying to Mimic Afton. Because William has never done that. Tape girl even says Glitchtrap latched onto the recordings of her tapes. The Mimic hasn’t even show interest in mimicking Afton. Even if it did, it wouldn’t be doing it full time. From its POV in the books, it’s following the program. It’s even fine swapping between its costumes. Let’s not forget everytime Glitchtrap appears, he’s a rabbit. In PQ he appears as rabbit monster, it even makes Vanny wear a rabbit costume. The Mimix’s preferred avatar is the white tiger from its origin. Anytime Glitchtrap appears in different forms it’s because he’s controlling the animatronics. Even when the Glitchtrap virus corrupts FNAF AR, Springtrap quotes nightmares lines. When the Mimic be present during that event to hear those lines? In PQ Glitchtrap says “I always come back”. Which is Afton’s signature line. The Mimic wouldn’t have the chance to hear him see it. Let’s not forget Glitchtrap eyes glow purple, which leads back to William. Purple is always associated with Afton. If the Mimic1 program was truly Glitchtrap, it would have had orange eyes. In Help Wanted 2, we are given the plushies. While it is possible the Mimic could of witnessed the MCI, the Puppet plush stands out. That was Afton’s first (or last) murder, and the only murder that took outside the building. The Mimic never witnessed that. The tales of the pizza plex book sorta contradict Mimic being Glitchtrap. Am I denying there isn’t evidence not supporting it? Absolutely not, but I’m also stating there’s key factors that fight against it. Scott confirmed in an interview with Dawko, steel wool didn’t follow the story he had planned for security breach. Don’t take this as me trying to change your belief, take this as a friendly debate.

You should have them react to it’s time to die, just an attraction, and bury me in metal dead by daylight versions by Lord Spring along with maybe having them react to the lore of dead by daylight with all of the killers and the entity.
Actually the blue rabbit, or Entity as in-game name (even tho people confuse him with the MXES machine and just call both Entity and MXES as MXES), is the newest form of Glitchtrap. He does the same exact things that Burntrap does, who is also Glitchtrap, so Entity does the same things as Glitchtrap. Not only that, but he makes MXES machine glow the same pinkish/purple color as Glithctrap's eye color in HW1 when he's merging with the player, and he shares model similarities with Burntrap. Oh and also I counted Entity's teeth. He's got 34 teeth. 16 upper, 18 bottom. A normal adult has 32, but apparently they can have 34 from a condition called "Hyperdontia". So, Entity has a full set of adult human teeth. He's also got 5 fingers, which only Nightmare animatronics, Springlock Suits, and Glitchtrap does. This animation is normally leading people to the wrong direction because Mimic literally has no goals of copying William both in Tales and the Game, but since in your AU, William is controlling(?) Mimic as Glitchtrap, it worked fine. I'm a theorist who's all about the games and I never needed books to solve the story of the games. I only use games and that's actually enough. You just gotta connect the info we're given from the games, and only use books/movie(s) as the last exterior source to confirm whether it's true or not. Trying to force things from books into the game story is both pointless, and only causes more problems than solving them. Cool reaction tho! 🔥🔥 If you ever have questions about the canonical lore, I can answer happily with proofs.
Basically you are one of those people who hates books just because they ruin your beautiful chronologies and you are too lazy to read, poor thing. Jokes and sarcasm aside, I fully understand that reading the books is very tiring and forced in order to know some things about the lore of FNAF, but it is worth remembering that even in the games themselves there are moments that contradict each other, So it's not bad to read the books even if most people dislike it Edit: I don't think MXES/Entity is really Glitchtrap but 'reformed'

I take many timeline pieces from the books and implement certain character traits into others but also I do not own all the books and I have been out of the FNaF loop for well over a year so I did not understand all of them.
