huub1989 Keep in mind, those are British pounds. These places are all old enough to come with historical restrictions of a minor or major type, and because they are so old, would come with the symptoms of old age. Are they freehold or landlease for 99 years?
It's curious that the seller had the house on the market for "some time", but as soon as an interested party began making offers the house was withdrawn.
I have to compliment you, Kirstie, on the way you are looking! You've lost weight, got a very flattering hair style, and an updated wardrobe. Kudos to u!!! Always enjoy the show.
Hello. This is a real long shot but I’m hoping someone can remember this: I am searching for a Location, Location, Location episode featuring a couple looking to move to a place in the South. From memory it was a smallish village somewhere above Brighton (ish). I distinctly remember they were looking to move there as the schools were fantastic and Phil wholeheartedly agreed. Does anyone remember this episode and the name of the place they were looking to move to? Many thanks in advance of your help!
The prices ! Was this 25 years, ago ? Can't be this low. Loved their choice and #3 was a winner for me. Terrific houses, however, I'd really like to know what year this was.
@@katbar6066 I know show was early 2000 but for quality kitchen, bath & flooring she's not even including plumbing & electric etc? That's a low-ball figure to sell the house.
Phil and Kirsty simply the best love all their programs
I'd love a pink sink, loo, bath. Honestly
My Gosh! What a couple of fussy people in the wrong way!! The worst is that they are adults? Are they?
Satisfying ending!
I concur!!!
Pleased they didn't get it as they were so rude about the first 3 properties; some of the finest houses I've seen on this show.
THAT LAST ONE! yes please. a miracle in all of them.
Loved the last one! Still in style!
What year was this.....those prices are incredible. Has to be at least 15 years ago.

2001 dude.
Many shows are uploading content from decades a go now. Good to see since TV won't show these seasons anymore unless it's an obscure channel
I would've much preferred touring gorgeous Bath properties *without* the couple... Philistines!!
Same here ... they haven't a clue.
Yes! Horrible!
Then go and watch videos with that as the theme, you small-minded git. This is a house-hunting programme. Duh.
OMG a pink suite in the only bathroom!! Time capsule material!

This is currently entitled Part One but it is Part Two

Oh! THAT's why I was confused.
The converted barn, please.

This is twenty years ago! Didn't you notice Phil's baldness reversal? Not to mention the house prices.
Such a fussy couple.
That’s a feel good episode!
I doubt Phil and Kirsty will be volunteering to help them again.

Somewhere between 2000-2005
Do buyers not realise that the furniture and curtains will not be there. It will be empty for you to decorate. Blah blah blah! 🙄
Bugger. They were just awful.
And it looks like not even the vendor liked them. Hence the withdrawal of the sale.
Who calls a cooker sex on wheels.
Aussies are odd
an Australian guy
He’s an idiot
@@TheOwlsarewatching606 They are New Zealanders. And I think that odd saying was from 20 years ago!
@@--..__ I think she was a Kiwi- Not too sure about him
Is the couple from Australia? They sort of have an accent.
No they are from New Zealand
I always find carpet in a bathroom just quite disgusting... YUK!
Me too, and even WORSE if the bathroom has no window.
Still old historical city 🇬🇧♥️
The prices are cheap as chips to our 2024 ears 🤩
Please upload latest episodes...
Rahul Kanojia That's not going to happen, lol.
@@Kevin-sm8pn
And if it did happen they wouldn’t be up for long...
PART T W O !!!!
Sorry they didn't get the property
Thomas St. house looked like a prison anyway...no loss there.
It's extremely noisy there too,&a high crime rate.
⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰🤗
TWENTY YEARS AGO 300k would have been possible TWENTY YEARS AGO when you made this...
Yes, so? I'm enjoying the programme.
Kirsty quotes cost of new kitchen, new kit flooring & newly added 2nd bath 25k? Totally unrealistic figure.
Back them it was realistic- This is probably early 2000's

@@sandradee1579 I doubt that. Kirstie HAS INTEGRITY.
@@andreaandrea6716 Her renovation quote has nothing to do with her integrity? nor did I ever allude to that.
