I wanted to compose a Song for my Girlfriend that can make her feel relaxed and comfortable, something you can just keep playing in the Background whatever you're doing. What came out is maybe the longest Piece of Music I ever made. It is NOT a virtuosic Song, it's meant as Background Music.
As always, 100% selfcomposed on Keyboard. Production made with Magix Music Maker Pro 16.

This is the first one that I composed, Evening Breeze is the second. I actually started making those relaxing 20min songs because my girlfriend had a hard job and I wanted to compose something for her to relax after she comes home tired.^^

The Celtic culture was born from the Hallstatt culture around 700 BC in Central Europe (in an area that is today's Switzerland and Austria). Later they migrated to the British Isles, where the culture survived the longest because the Romans soon conquered all of Central Europe and oppressed the Celts there. That's the reason why Ireland, Scotland etc. are famous for their Celtic heritage and the rest is almost forgotten, which is sad.
I love this music, it's very calming 🙂. The Celtic heritage survived a long time in Ireland especially in their laws & customs. See the author Peter Tremayne's Sister Fidelma novels (the author himself is a professor of Irish History). Fascinating stuff & a damn good read. Thanks again!

Listen to sad or emotional music, look out the window and stare aat something beautiful but remember to blink. Remember a pet dying or a sad death of a character on a tv show or movie and think deeply about everything you have done to fail yourself over the years. Cry it out. Then talk to yourself as a conscience or reassurer and do that until you make peace with yourself and the situation. Hug something and lie down for a while. Then get up and tell yourslef you're going to do better. You won't feel like it, but get up and do some exercise. The have an early night and try and dream of a forest and try and make peace of all you've done in your dream. Wake up, feeling refreshed in the mornng. Have a shower, mositurise, have a nice breakfast, do your teeth, and do some more exercise. Then go on a walk somewhere nice adn clear your head. Find a spot or designate a time where you can let go or throw away everything and start new and fresh. Respect what you'v done and calmly say goodbye. If needs be, scream or shout at the top of your voice somewhere isolated to let it all go. Then think of something funny and laugh, laugh for a long time. If it makes you cry again, that's fine. Keep in the fresh air for a while and breathe it in deeply. Then get some work done before having a nice meal and another early night. The next day do whatever you want! Good luck!

Your walking in the woods, the sun filtering between the trees, the birds chirping. The animals begin roaming around, eating, napping and playing. A fox comes up to you and you reach down the pet it, smiling. It yips happily, and scampers after its friends. You gaze after them, content and peaceful. You continue walking. You come to a pond where swans are flocking. Such a beautiful sight, white and black swans mingling, their movements like dancing. A small group of hummingbirds scatter around the flowers surrounding the pond. The dewdrops began falling off the long grass, plopping rythemically into the water. The animals began wandering up to the pond and begin to drink. You smile and turn away, bumping in a black bear. You look up at it. It bends down and sniffs you. You stand up. It blinks and noses you onto it's back. It lumbers into the woods to a couple of cubs. They roll around, snuffing and play-fighting. You giggle as one tumbles back and rests on the black bear's paws. It huffs softly and gently nudges it back to the cub's sibling. You get off the bear and wander in the forest again. The sun starts to set. Soft orange light streams through the trees, filling the wopds with comfort. You walk into a large meadow. You feel feathered wings on you back. A wind picks up and blows you into the air. You waver in the air, getting used to flying. You look up. The stars shine vividly and a full moons glows happily back at you. You close your eyes, relishing the feel of the wind of your face and in your hair. You spread your arms as the wind cushins you, sending you forwards with care. A flock of birds circles around you, their wingtips brushing yours. You see light breaking and look up to see the sun peeking above the horizen. Its gentle glow wraps around you, and you sigh. Wishing it could last forever. You fold you wings slightly, slowly twirling down to the ground. You land, and you heard an eagle screeching above you. You look up and see the bird circling above. You wave to it, it screeches back and glides away. You look at the sunrise and are reminded you have to go home. You walk through the woods again. Past the bears, past the pond, past the playing foxes and the sleeping squirrels, past the grazing deer. You walk a bit longer and walk out of the woods. You see a small wooden cottage and start running. You run to your cottage and walk through the door. You wake up, realizing its a dream. You lay back on your pilllows, recalling the memories and drift back to the forest.

I am currently extremely stressed because I'm writing a 12 page essay due tomorrow. Reading your lovely comment while listening to Adrian's beautiful music made me imagine this utopia with great detail. I am so relaxed now and I wish I could stay in the forest in my imagination but unfortunately I have to go back to my essay. Thank you for this tranquil break though! (and Adrian of course)😊

Relaxing comes in all forms. To some writing or reading a book, others drawing. Working out, sitting at fireplace etc. Relaxing isn't just about your body but mind as well. Something that puts em at ease.

The forest of beauty
I am standing,
In something wonderful.
A forest stands here,
a forest, full of wonderful things.
I walk along,
taking in the sights.
Birds flutter and sing,
animals move about.
Trees stand still,
Towering over me.
Flowers are everywhere,
Glistening with dew.
The wind blows,
And there is a breeze.
The flowers dance in the light breeze,
like ladies with silk gowns.
A song resenates from within the forest,
While birds cherp,
flying free in the wind.
Am I dreaming?
What is this beautiful image,
Or is it an image at all?
I walk on,
lkoking at everything I can see.
I take it all in,
Wondering who could do such a lovely thing.
How, I wonder,
How is this possible?
I can't think of anything else to say,
but this is lovely.
I touch one of the flowers,
faeling it's petals.
So soft they are,
as soft as silk.
A bird lands on my shoulder,
And my hair turns to feathers.
My arms are wings,
And my feet are so small.
I am a bird.
I join the other birds,
As I fly up,
free in the wind.
I am free,
I sing as I flap my wings.
A look down,
Everything is high up.

Really good poem, be careful about sharing so openly though, there are cruel people who would take the words you put together with your heart and profit from it. Share it when you own it, just my advice because I too write poetry.
Once I was exhausted of depression for long time ago. I listened to this track during getting sleep. I felt like I was in heaven.

I just wanted to say thank you Adrian Von Ziegler for all your relaxing music. I am a very moody person usually, but whenever I listen to your music its like calmness is instantly restored to my being. Its really therapeutic.
Taking me away again. Always mesmerized by Adrians offerings but Morning Dew is definitely one of my favorites. Must of been the mood because it's nostalgic to listen to now after having used the music to heal. I closed my eyes and Adrian took it all away. That was a while ago, but now, whenever I return to this piece I'm taken back to the time when I conquered this already. It brings tears to my eyes to listen but it's good tears and when I'm done crying, I just feel better. I just never cry and especially in front of others, but whenever I listen to this I always cry.

Personally I like to just take the music by itself, think of what it reminds me of, and imagine myself in that place or situation. I think sometimes, for just a moment, this method allows me to have true, uncontested happiness. The ambience actually is particularly nice in this track, and i can definitely see how it helps in concept, but I think I prefer to let the music speak for itself.

I did the same thing earlier this year, before autumn came! It's snowy and cold now, and the birds have moved south for the winter, but I listen to this music and that helps remind me of the summer.
