    Ashan, I made you Sri Lankan dark roasted curry powder. Then I made your chicken curry? Man it was delicious so fragrant a little bit of spice but it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be making this curry again and again and again thank you 😊

    I've already judged you for using skinless chicken for a lankan chicken curry! Tf!

      Thanura Jayawardena To each their own. Most traditional recipes do not use the skin. I love the skin but in my house, others do not prefer the skin in a curry. Unless it’s crispy skin of course. Using the skin does add a great amount of flavor but it also makes the curry a bit too oily. So again, if you like the skin, by all means use it because this recipe is just a suggestion 😊
