- In this video i am going to show you how to enter Bios setup and Boot menu on Lenovo G50-80 Laptop, in G50 series laptop there is not any option to open bios setup. After watching this video you will know the secret of bios setup. In this video i also shows how to enable USB boot in Bios settings. That was a lot of help mate thank you. The problem I get after Legacy mode is enabled is, it doesn’t let me install windows on the primary hard drive unless it’s in UEFI mode.
Oops. My mistake mate sorry. I had to delete all other partitions including primary for it to work. Cheers mate thanks heaps.

Hi tricky, I did all this and windows installed in usb legacy support mode. as far as I know uefi is the optimal mode for installation. How can I switch back to uefi if my lenovo doesn't have a CD drive and I used an external (powered on USB) CD/DVD drive which requires legacy support mode to work in the first place? thank you!

Hello, I have a lenovo yoga 2, and followed all the instructions, but usb option is still not available for boot option menu. I did exact same on the bios menu. Does yoga 2 have different system or is there any additional functions that I missed?

When I am in the Bios-Setup Menu, it shows me the following things: Boot Mode UEFI, Fast Boot, USB Boot, PXE Boot to LAN. Which one is for the DVD/CD?
