    A simpler way:
    Previous Weekday Billing Amount =
    VAR _CurrentWeekday =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Date'[Weekday number] )
    VAR _PreviousWeekday =
    IF ( _CurrentWeekday = 1, 7, _CurrentWeekday - 1 )
    RETURN
    CALCULATE (
    [Total Billing Amount],
    'Date'[Weekday number] = _PreviousWeekday,
    REMOVEFILTERS ( 'Date' )
    )

    The "Zebra BI tables 7.0" visual cannot be imported to my Power BI Desktop. (my Power BI Desktop has been updated to latest version)
    I have also tried to download this visual file from Microsoft Appsource to import.
    But "This site can’t be reached."

      Loggin to power BI service first. Then you can have access to it.

      I also signed in my Power BI service account, but it did not work.

      Finally, I have published my local *.pbix onto my Power BI Service (firstly, created temporary workspace to store this report).
      Open this published *.pbix file in Edit mode on Power BI Service. The "Zebra BI tables 7.0" visual could be imported on Power BI Service.
      Then I saved and downloaded this online *.pbix file to replace my local *.pbix file to continue your tutorial.
