Ananya's voice is melodious and facile - she is able to traverse gamakams easily and clearly. Though a bit nasal, the voice is able to cover a wide range. At times her kalapramanam sags a bit. E.g., the first song in Dharmavati is meant to be sung at a faster pace. But her swaraprastharam and the violin artist's creative support were excellent. Nice song selection! Violin artist K J Dileep has embellished the concert with his creativity. His training from the legendary Sri M S Gopalakrishnan shows. Mridangam artist B Sivaraman has played with anticipation and combining melody and gusto. Sunil Kumar on the Kanjira has provided great support. A very satisfying concert! Promising musicians.
