Amazing stuff man! All your vids are so well done and very helpful. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thanks man!
i mean no disrespect, but you may want to keep your hands aligned straight to your arms when you rack the kettlebell during the clean. you may also want to look at KB high pulls and snatches to add to your list. KB practitioner (hard style) here for more than 3 years. cheers!
I don't know, because in sports like swimming or running they use the same mouvement again and again and again... But in boxing they don't have stretch the muscle before punch, like what we do in stop&go, sometimes we do double punch with the same arm, but not to much and not like with kettelbell, but that's my opinion maybe it's not true.

great exercises
I think train in stop & go exercices is the best way to improve punch power, so I don't like so much the first exercice.
Too bad because the first one is is by far the most important one of them all.

@@moha8916If that's your opinion then it's definitely not true.
You must be a terrible boxer.
