If the faces were swapped then the shf Frieza would literally be perfect. There's something off about the face. Like the nose and mouth are sitting too low.
It really depends on which artist is drawing frieza and what style they're going for. For the Manga Akira Toriyama had drawn first form Frieza with shorter looking legs. Toei had their animators draw him this way in the original anime as well. While the art that he showed is drawn in a more modern style for DBZ and depicted his legs as being a little long. Figuarts is actually more accurate in the leg length department because its going for the classically styled proportions. But I gotta say the feet are a bit too big on the Figuarts. Bandai probably did this for stability issues because he's such a small figure.
Dragon stars has a better face sculpt, shoulder pads, and skin tone. SH has better paint, articulation, and overall sculpt
Sh figuarts have many interchangeable faces too...

The sh figurarts one looks odd like it's legs look a little too short. I think the dragonstars frieza is the best out of the line.
